The Gateway to the Delta 5k will take place in Charleston, MS on October 15 prior to the Gateway to the Delta Music and Arts Festival. The route is relatively flat ensuring runners and walkers one of their fastest times yet! The weather in October is perfect for a morning race and participants will enjoy mild temperatures and comfortable racing conditions. Cash prizes will be given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place males and females. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place males and females from each category will be recognized as well. Adults and Kids are encouraged to participate.

The first 100 people to register will receive a race bag with a race t-shirt, water bottle, AdvoCare samples, a stress ball, koozie and dry fit hand towel for exercise!

Everyone who registers before September 15^th will be guaranteed a shirt and the size they want, anyone who registers after the 15 will not be guaranteed their desired shirt size.

There are two options for registration. You can register online, or you can print out the registration form and bring it to the Charleston Arts Center or the James C. Kennedy Wellness Center.  Wellness Center members will receive a discount if registering before September 15.  In order to receive this discount, the form must be printed and taken to the Wellness Center or CARE.
